Rita Rette, better known as Sherette or Dr. Godfrey.

Personally, I am a kind, gentle, loving, benevolent, righteous woman of the Most High. I am a daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, & friend. Professionally I am the owner and CEO of Rita Rette Coaching and Consulting. I am a certified professional, business, and life coach. As a consultant I bring numerous years of experience. I am a naturally gifted solution-oriented individual with my main skill being a strategist. I am also skilled as Project & Program Manager. I hold a PhD in cancer biology (molecular biology) where my main focus was health disparities in black and white women with triple negative breast cancer. I completed a post doc where I continued on the trajectory of health disparities in black and white women with endometrial cancer (chromatin & epigenetic remodeling). 

As a coach I am excited for the growth that my clients experience, its fulfilling to create a space for others to grow, simply by addressing things known and unknown that are holding them back. Whether that be walls they have built or boundaries they have not set, coaching is a place where the client leads, and I follow.

As a consultant, your problems meet my solutions. As in nature there is always a cure, there is always a solution to every problem. Solutions are often overlooked as many are relatively simple; while  the "simple"  may  not seem like a reasonable approach to such a complex problem, it is!
